This is the original Watercolour painting by 20th Century unidentified artist.

A great action piece showing British troops routing the French at the Battle of Blenheim. Inset is a map showing the position of the battle on the banks of the River Danube and an illustration showing the World War II light bomber that was named after the great British victory.

This art was used on the back cover to Look and Learn issue 63 March 30th 1963 as part of the feature Journey Down the Danube Part Two: Ulm to Passau. Brown stain top left is glue residue from a missing paste-up.
